Unique Victorian sash/scarf buckle. Pictured with one possible way to wear it, with a scarf or a ribbon belt around the neck or waist. The prongs are quite sharp considering the age of the item. The seeded Turquoise is in great condition with slight color variations. The metal is in very good condition with some tarnishing on the back shown in picture. It is a lovely historical item with beautiful detailing.
